ISLAMABAD: As a follow-up to other car manufacturers, Honda has now also imposed a fresh price increase on its car model range in Pakistan, effective 1st July 2025.
The hike applies to various models featuring popular models like Honda Civic, Honda BR-V, and Honda City. The revision in prices varies with an increase of Rs47,000 to Rs201,000, depending on the variant and model.
This latest occurrence is likely to have an impact on the buying behavior of potential customers who were intending to reserve their cars prior to the mid-year.
The automotive industry in Pakistan continues to face pricing adjustments amidst changing economic conditions, currency depletion, and variations in import tariffs. Customers are encouraged to remain updated and make arrangements accordingly.
Hyundai Nishat Motors has made a major price hike in its vehicles, which will come into effect from July 1, 2025, after the approval of the new fiscal year’s budget.
The price adjustment has been made on a large number of models, such as Porter commercial vehicles, the Elantra Hybrid, Tucson Hybrid models, Santa Fe Hybrid, and Sonata series. The hike varies from Rs46,000 to more than Rs600,000 based on the model and variant.
