KARACHI: The gold prices per tola in the local bullion markets increased by Rs3,600 to Rs433,836 due to rising tension in the Middle East due to the Iran-US war.
Similarly, the price of gold per 10 grams at the local level increased by Rs3,86 to Rs371,944.
The price of gold per ounce in the international bullion market increased by $36 to $4,113 on Thursday.
In contrast to the increase in gold prices, the price of silver per ounce in the global market remained unchanged at $59.42, resulting in the price of silver per tola in the local bullion markets remaining unchanged at Rs6,421 and the price of silver per 10 grams remaining unchanged at Rs5,504.
