Gold prices significantly drop in Pakistan, Check new rates inside

KARACHI: In Pakistan’s local market, gold prices have dropped considerably after the international gold price also came down by $3 per ounce.

Thus, the price of 24k gold in the local non-official bullion market eased down by Rs300 per tola, making it priced at Rs267,400 per tola.

Likewise, the price of 10-gram gold in the local market also experienced a downfall with a booking of Rs229,252 last Saturday, down by Rs258. This comes despite the charge against 24karat gold having shot up in the previous trading session on Friday by Rs1,300 per tola to a high of Rs267,700.

On the other hand, silver prices in Pakistan remained unchanged at one silver tola, approximately Rs3,250, and for silver 10 grams, quoted at Rs2,786. The price for gold in the international market has been placed at $2,562, a decrease of $3 per ounce.

As we know, the latest gold price in Pakistan stands at Rs 272,100 for twenty-four carats of gold per tola, while the price for gold ten grams is Rs233,290 and that of one gram is Rs23,329.

Besides, the Ladha gold rate the same day for other cities such as Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad was also consistent and was in the ranges of Rs272,100 to Rs272,430 per tola.
