Govt increases BISP monthly stipend before Eid-ul-Fitr

ISLAMABAD: In a groundbreaking move, the government has increased the stipend of the Benazir Kafalat Program to provide relief to the needy.

It has been announced to increase the amount of the Kafalat Program under the Benazir Income Support Program (BISP).

Benazir Income Support Program Chairperson Senator Rubina Khalid gave good news to the citizens receiving financial assistance from BISP today that the amount sent to them has now been increased.

Rubina Khalid released a special video message in this regard. Senator Rubina Khalid, while addressing the citizens receiving assistance from BISP, said that from this quarter, the amount of Benazir Kafalat Program has been increased from Rs 13,500 to Rs 14,500, so count and receive your installment of Rs 14,500.

If you are receiving less money in the Benazir Income Support Program, you can easily file a complaint about it. For this, visit the nearest BISP tehsil office and inform the assistant director or any responsible person about the deduction in the stipend.

Then ask for a complaint form for petty theft. Enter your name, identity card number, mobile number, place of collection of money, and details of the deduction on the form.

After that, the complaint you have filed will be examined. If the complaint is correct, the relevant bank will be directed to take legal action against the agent who deducted the money.

When the action is completed, your deducted money will be returned. Also, in case of any complaint, contact the helpline number 0800-26477.

Important instructions before filing a complaint: Do not forget to take your original identity card and mobile number to the Benazir Income Support Program tehsil office to register a complaint.

If you cannot fill out the complaint form yourself, seek help from the staff in the office.

How to file a complaint about a BISP deduction?

If you are getting a smaller scholarship amount under the Benazir Income Support Program, you can easily file a complaint about it. For this, go to the nearest BISP Tehsil Office and inform the Assistant Director or any responsible person about the reduction in the scholarship, then ask for a complaint about petty theft form.

Enter your name, identity card number, mobile number, place of collection, and details of deduction on the form.

After this, the complaint you have filed will be examined. If the complaint is correct, the concerned bank will be directed to take legal action against the agent who deducted the money.

When the process is completed, your deducted amount will be returned.
