ISLAMABAD: After nearly a month since the official launch of Apple’s iPhone 16 series, prices in Pakistan are finally starting to stabilize. Initially, local shopkeepers had taken advantage of the hype surrounding the new flagship smartphones, selling the top-of-the-line, iPhone 16 Pro Max for as much as Rs800,000.

Eager early adopters had paid these hefty prices, but the market is now experiencing a welcome correction. The initial price surge was largely due to the absence of an official Apple store in Pakistan, allowing local shopkeepers to set their prices for newly launched iPhones.

It’s worth noting that the prices apply to iPhone variants featuring one eSIM and one physical SIM.
