PTCL hikes charges for landline, internet consumers from July 2024

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL), the company that provides telephone and internet services across the country, has increased the fee charges.

According to the details, the internet provider has decided to charge an additional fee of Rs. 100 per bill to its internet and telephone consumers from June 1, 2024.

PTCL has sent a message to millions of its users through SMS on their mobile phones citing the rise in its charges in monthly bills.

Reports have said that the user who wants to get a paper bill will have to pay an additional bill of Rs 100, while a bill without an additional charge of Rs 100 will be provided by e-mail.

PTCl officials have said that the users are being informed about all the details in this regard.
