Female students sweep SSC top positions, across KP boards

PESHAWAR: In a notable achievement, female students from the Peshawar Board dominated the top positions in the Secondary School Certificate (SSC) exams announced on Thursday, outperforming their peers across all eight educational boards in the province.

The results were announced at a ceremony held at the Chief Minister’s House, where Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur was the chief guest.

During the event, Gandapur awarded shields and certificates to the top 51 students from various boards. Three girls from Peshawar Model Girls High School-II, Dilzak Road, secured the top three overall positions, with the highest score being 1176 out of 1200 marks.

Moreover, Aleeza Ayaz from the same school scored 1175 marks, placing second, while Jafar Shah from Mohmand Cadet College achieved third place.

Other board results were also announced during the ceremony. In the Abbottabad Board, Aden Saad achieved first place with 1155 marks, followed by Aqasha Tariq with 1149 marks in second place, and Maha Misbah with 1144 marks in third.

For the Dera Ismail Khan Board, Muhammad Usman secured first place with 1163 marks, Sudrat Al-Muntaha came second with 1160 marks, and another Muhammad Usman took third with 1158 marks.

Additionally, in the Swat Board results, Zarik Mohammad Khan topped with 1154 marks, Hafsa Inayat was second with 1153 marks, and Muhammad Saqlain took third with 1152 marks.

From the Bannu Board, Amama Khan led with 1155 marks, followed by Ayesha Bibi with 1151 marks in second, and Manahil Fayyaz with 1137 marks in third.

At the Kohat Board, Subhan Athar achieved the highest score of 1127 marks, Mohammad Hanan Ali was second with 1126 marks, and Hifsa Hassan was third with 1125 marks.

In the Malakand Board, Saman Gul topped the list with 1162 marks, Ayesha Israr was second with 1156 marks, and Ayesha Iqbal took third with 1155 marks.

For the Mardan Board, Sameer Zafar led with 1171 marks, Mohammad Yousaf was second with 1170 marks, and Mohammad Ihtisham was third with 1169 marks.
