Election 2024: Independent candidate Zartaj Gul wins from DG Khan

Yesterday, millions of citizens of Pakistan exercised their right to vote and voted to elect their representatives in the four provincial assemblies including the National Assembly of the country. After this process ended at 5 pm, the counting of votes started, but the process of announcing the election results is still going on.

According to the unofficial unofficial result, independent candidate Zartaj Gul won from NA 185 DG Khan by getting 94881 votes while Sardar Dost Muhammad Khosa of PPP came second with 26621 votes.

On the other hand, PML-N leader Hanif Abbasi won from National Assembly Constituency NA-56 Rawalpindi. According to the inconclusive result, Hanif Abbasi got 96 thousand 649 votes while independent candidate Shehryar Riaz was second with 82 thousand 613 votes.
