ISLAMABAD: The Pakistan Navy and Pakistan Maritime Security Agency (PMSA) have located the wreckage of a private company cargo plane that went missing during a flight operation over the Arabian Sea.
According to official sources, the wreckage was discovered after an extensive search operation lasting more than 12 hours at sea.
The aircraft debris was found approximately 53 nautical miles south of the coast of Ormara.
Authorities said rescue and recovery efforts are continuing in the area to search for additional evidence and locate any crew members associated with the aircraft.
Naval and aerial assets of the Pakistan Navy, along with PMSA units, remain actively engaged in the ongoing operation.
Officials stated that search teams are conducting a comprehensive sweep of the area as efforts continue to determine the circumstances surrounding the incident.
