PESHAWAR: After receiving the order to implement the rotation policy in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Health Department, a list of all officers has been called.
According to a private news channel, after receiving the order to implement the rotation policy in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Health Department, the Directorate General Health Services has directed to expedite the process of transfers of officers and has called for the lists of all officers who have completed their two-year term.
While issuing a notification to implement the rotation policy in Chitral, Hazara and Malakand regions, an order has also been issued to send immediate suggestions for transfers to the relevant authorities.
It has been decided to settle the cases at the district level for the rotation policy and send the remaining lists to the headquarters.
All regional directors have been instructed to ensure immediate implementation of the order and to strictly follow the policy in letter and spirit.
The notification issued in this regard says that the rotation policy has been brought for better distribution of manpower. Unnecessary long-term deployments on administrative grounds will be discouraged and deployment beyond the prescribed period will be possible only for solid reasons.
