LAHORE: Former skipper Babar Azam reappointed as the captain of the Pakistan men’s cricket team in ODIs and T20Is, Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) announced on Sunday.
Taking on social media platform X, the PCB said, “Babar Azam appointed as white-ball captain.” The PCB also shared a video clip from a meeting between Babar Azam and Chairman PCB Mohsin Naqvi.
“Following unanimous recommendation from the PCB’s selection committee, Chairman PCB Mohsin Naqvi has appointed Babar Azam as white-ball (ODI and T20I) captain of the Pakistan men’s cricket team,” PCB statement reads.
