ISLAMABAD ( Rizwan Abbasi): Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif will leave for Saudi Arabia next week on a three-day official visit, according to diplomatic sources.
The prime minister will be accompanied by senior political and military leadership, federal ministers, and other officials on this important visit.
According to sources, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif will hold important meetings with the Saudi leadership, including a meeting with Saudi Crown Prince Muhammad bin Salman.
Defense cooperation, economic partnership, energy, investment, and regional and global issues will be discussed in the meetings.
The prime minister will also address the global investment conference “Future Investment Initiative (FII)” to be held in Riyadh during his visit.
Leading investors, industrialists, economists, and policymakers from all over the world will participate in this global conference.
According to sources, the Prime Minister will highlight investment opportunities in Pakistan, economic reforms and government policies in the conference to attract foreign investors.
It is likely that important agreements and memoranda of understanding (MoUs) will also be signed during the Prime Minister’s visit, which will further strengthen the relations between the two brotherly Islamic countries.
According to analysts, this visit will not only lead to the promotion of Pakistan-Saudi relations but can also prove to be an important milestone in stabilizing the country’s economy and attracting foreign investment.
