Proposed names for Punjab cabinet; Check details

LAHORE: As the nation’s first female chief minister, Maryam Nawaz Sharif, the recently elected chief minister of Punjab, is anticipated to lead the area with a 15-member government. Following her assumption of leadership of Punjab, the most populous province in the nation, Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz talked about the selection of important cabinet members.

CM Maryam is expected to receive legal assistance from senior PML-N leader Rana Sanaullah during the first phase, with Marriyum Aurangzeb handling planning and development. Khawaja Imran Nazir is expected to receive primary and secondary healthcare, while Uzma Bukhari is most likely to be appointed as the Punjab communication minister.

Veteran member of the PML-N Bilal Yaseen is anticipated to lead the Food Department, while Mujtaba Shuja would oversee the Ministry of Excise. Housing & Sports and Water Resources would be given to Khalid Mehmood Jajja and Faisal Ayub.

Chaudhry Shafay of the PML-Q is apparently being considered for a position in the provincial cabinet. According to reports, Parvez Rasheed would become the chief minister’s special assistant. This week is the scheduled swearing-in ceremony for the 15-member Punjab cabinet.
