Maryam Nawaz, the chief minister of Punjab, declared her vehement condemnation of Islamophobia. She claimed that Islamophobia is the reason why Muslims face discrimination. The CM claimed that Islamophobia is the only reason why Muslims in Palestine and Kashmir are being persecuted.

“Muslims believe in peace, and Islam is a religion of peace,” CM Maryam stated. She asserted that Islam guaranteed basic rights.
