KARACHI: Lollywood star Alizeh Shah has once again proven herself to be a force to be reckoned with, standing up to trolls who criticized her for posting pictures in revealing clothes.

The Tamasha star faced backlash on social media, with netizens expressing discontent over her new looks. However, Alizeh refused to back down, taking a bold stance against her critics. In a powerful message, she addressed the trolls directly, questioning their hypocrisy.

“I know being a Pakistani and having a different sense of fashion causes a lot of issues for people, but really, is that even my problem?” she asked.

Alizeh pointed out the double standards of her critics, who seemingly enjoy watching Pakistani actresses wear revealing outfits in movies, but condemn them for wearing similar clothing in their personal lives.

“You guys love watching these Pakistani actresses wearing choti si choli and lehenga in movies and enjoy that, but if we wear something that we like, you start calling us out? And for what?” she questioned.

With millions of followers, Alizeh remains a prominent figure in the entertainment world. Her recent return to social media has captured the attention of fans and critics alike, generating significant buzz around her posts.

By standing up to trolls, Alizeh has showcased her determination to be true to herself and her style.

Alizeh’s message serves as a powerful reminder that individuals should be free to express themselves without fear of judgment or criticism. Her bold stance has earned her praise from fans and fellow celebrities, solidifying her position as a confident and unapologetic artist.

The incident highlights the ongoing debate surrounding women’s autonomy and agency in Pakistan’s entertainment industry. Alizeh’s response has sparked a necessary conversation about the need for self-expression and the importance of respecting individual choices.
