ABU DHABI: Indian former professional tennis player Sania Mirza is reportedly dating UAE-based businessman Adel Sajan after her split from former Pakistani cricketer Shoaib Malik.

Mirza, who lives in Dubai with her son, is now in the news once again, as reports have linked her to Adel Sajan – a famous billionaire who recently featured on Shark Tank. The buzz about their alleged relationship intensified when Adel is working on designing Sania’s villa in the Gulf country, which is leading to their relationship growing. Sources claimed that the two have more than a professional relationship.

However, their relationship has remained a secret as neither the property tycoon nor the Indian tennis great has shared any updates about it, leaving many wondering about the reality of their relationship.

These rumours come at a time when Sania is still recovering from her recent split from Shoaib Malik. She was also linked to former cricketer Mohammed Shami, but these rumours were later dismissed.

Sania and Shoaib tied the knot in 2010 and have a son, Izhaan, before officially divorcing in 2024 through Khula, an Islamic divorce initiated by Sania. The news of their divorce was confirmed when Shoaib married actress Sana Javed, after which the media attention shifted to Sania’s personal life.

Meanwhile, fans and social media users are eager to know more about their alleged relationship. Sania has so far shared several emotional messages on social media, acknowledging the emotional toll of her divorce and the challenges she faced.
