12 children injured in school van accident after falling into ditch in Malakand

MALAKAND: Twelve children were seriously injured after a school van fell into a gorge in the Zalim Kot area of ​​Malakand district on Monday.

The incident took place when the van carrying the children home after school lost control and fell off the road into a gorge.

According to Levies officials, local residents reached the spot, rescued the injured children and shifted them to the District Headquarters (DHQ) Hospital in Batkhela for medical treatment.

Hospital authorities have confirmed that all 12 injured children are out of danger and are being provided necessary medical assistance.
