RAWALPINDI: The Pakistani army on Wednesday neutralized thirteen Indian-sponsored Khawarij during an intelligence-based operation in the general area of Draban in Dera Ismail Khan district.
According to the ISPR, on September 24, 2025, security forces conducted an intelligence-based operation in the general area of Draban in Dera Ismail Khan district on information about the presence of Khawarij belonging to the Indian proxy, Fitna-ul-Khawarij.
During the operation, its troops effectively targeted the Khawarij location and as a result, thirteen Indian-sponsored Khawarij were eliminated. Arms and ammunition were also recovered from the slain Indian-sponsored Khawarij, who were involved in several terrorist acts in these areas, including facilitating a suicide bomb attack in Draban in December 2023, kidnapping and target killing of government officials and innocent civilians.
A sanitization operation is being carried out to eliminate any other Indian-sponsored foreigner found in the area, as Pakistan’s security forces are determined to eradicate the menace of Indian-sponsored terrorism from the country.
