CM KP Ali Amin Gandapur released in Bani Gala case

ISLAMABAD: The District and Sessions Court Islamabad released Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Ali Amin Gandapur and other accused from the case registered in Bani Gala Station.

According to the details, the plaintiff in the case Amir Zaman appeared in the court along with his lawyer Rizwan Azam Abbasi, and told that the person injured in the incident was outside the country.

Civil judge Qudratullah directed the complainant to give the Skype ID of the person injured in the firing and record his statement.

The plaintiff’s lawyer said that Ali Amin Gandapur was to the extent of an ally, had already settled the dispute, and had also pardoned the named accused.

The court took the online statement of the victim as he was out of the country and asked him. Do you agree in this matter? He replied to the court that I forgave all the accusers.
