Court bars arrest of Imran Khan & Bushra Bibi

ISLAMABAD: The Sessions Court Islamabad has granted major relief to PTI founder Imran Khan in five other cases, including the May 9 incidents, and has prevented his arrest.

The court extended the pre-arrest bail of the PTI founder and Bushra Bibi in these cases until January 27.

During the hearing, the court made it clear that the PTI founder will have to appear in court in person or through video link on the next appearance.

The court said that the hearing of the cases will be continued with regular arguments on a future date.

According to the court order, in all five cases under trial, including the May 9 case, the PTI founder and Bushra Bibi will not be arrested until the appointed date.

The court also directed the parties to appear with full preparation for the progress in the cases.
