Lahore Crime Rate: 204 killed in street crimes in past 7-month of 2025

LAHORE: During the first 7 months of 2025, 204 people were killed in street crimes in different areas of Lahore.

According to the details, 5 cases of murder during robbery and 414 cases of attempted murder were registered. According to police records, 3 cases of murder during robbery resistance were reported in Sadar Division, while 2 people were killed by robbers during resistance in City Division.

In murder cases, Model Town Division is first with 45 cases, Sadar Division is second with 44 cases and Cantt Division is third with 39 cases. 32 cases were reported in City Division, while 22 people were killed in Civil Lines and Iqbal Town.

In attempted murder cases, Cantt Division is the highest with 120 cases, Model Town Division is second with 82 cases and City Division is third with 76 cases.

Furthermore, 72 cases were reported in Sadar Division, 38 in Iqbal Town Division and 26 in Civil Lines Division in the last 7 months.
