Facilitating militants will have consequences, says DG ISPR

RAWALPINDI: Director General (DG) Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) Lieutenant General Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry has said that if a citizen shelters terrorists or keeps explosives in his house, he will have to face the consequences.

He added that it is instilled in our minds that something is blossoming for Pakistan among the people and youth of Balochistan.

DG ISPR held a special session with the students in the ongoing internship program organized by ISPR.

He said that the people of Balochistan understand the relationship between Pakistan and the province very well.

Lieutenant General Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry said that Major Muhammad Anwar Kakar Shaheed was our very brilliant officer and a great son of this land. Major Muhammad Anwar Kakar had earlier also killed many terrorists in the Gwadar attack.

DG ISPR said that military officers, soldiers, and civilians are sacrificing every day to keep Pakistan free.

An operation in any area is successful when the people themselves identify the terrorists.

It is not like the army vacates an area and carries out an operation. When the army leaves, the terrorists will come back.

He said that we have to do everything with great understanding, which is why it is called an intelligence-based operation.

DG ISPR said that the punishment for terrorism of one person cannot be given to the entire area or village.

The people themselves have to stand up against terrorism, and the people are standing up.

Lieutenant General Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry said that we have to work together with the people and administration of Balochistan and bring the terrorists, their facilitators, and planners to the fore.

He said that the people of Balochistan are now saying that there are terrorists or their facilitators here; the people of Balochistan are also now helpless and fed up with these terrorists.

The Baloch people are intelligent and far-sighted people; hundreds of examples have come to light where educated Baloch have become the masters of their region and their destiny.

The DG ISPR said that Samad Yar Jang, a prominent scientist of Balochistan from Cambridge University, is a graduate of Buleda School, Shahzeb Rind also belongs to Balochistan and is the master of his destiny today

The girls of Balochistan are currently appointed as Deputy Commissioners in the districts.

Pakistan was established based on the words of Kalma, leaving aside all linguistic and regional differences.

He said that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) had said that there is no superiority of an Arab over a non-Arab, and a white over a black, and vice versa

On this occasion, DG ISPR also answered the questions of the students belonging to Balochistan.
