ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad High Court has scheduled all cases of family and party members related to the meeting with Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf founder Imran Khan in jail for hearing in a larger bench tomorrow.
Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Sohail Afridi’s request to meet PTI founder Imran Khan will also be heard before the larger bench tomorrow.
The larger bench formed in this regard includes Chief Justice Sarfraz Dogar, Justice Arbab Muhammad Tahir, and Justice Azam Khan.
Similarly, the request of prisoner Irfan to provide jail facilities like those of PTI founder Imran Khan has also been scheduled for a hearing in a larger bench tomorrow.
The contempt of court case filed for not meeting PTI founder Imran Khan despite the court order will also be heard in a larger bench tomorrow.
Shibli Faraz, Aleema Khan, Salman Akram Raja, and others have filed contempt of court petitions for not meeting.
Apart from this, various petitions related to jail meetings, jail rules, and SOPs are also scheduled for hearing tomorrow.
All these cases related to the prison meeting against the superintendent of Adiala Jail and the Punjab government will appear before a larger bench.
