As per the details, a blind man has received a driving license after bribing traffic police officials, raising major concerns about public safety.
According to crime news story covered by prominent journalist Iqrar-ul-Hassan uncovered driving licenses were being issued without proper testing or medical inspections.
A traffic police official and an intermediary were caught accepting a bribe of Rs. 30,000 in exchange for issuing a license.
