ISLAMABAD: Islamabad High Court (IHC) has allowed Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto Medical University to release MDCAT exam results 2024, here on Thursday.

As per the details, Justice Arbab Muhammad Tahir issued this order while hearing the petitions to cancel the medical entrance test due to questions outside the syllabus.

How to Check MDCAT Results 2024?

Candidates can visit the official website of Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto Medical University when the results are announced.

A day earlier, the High Court had stopped the university from declaring the results.

During today’s hearing, the registrar of PMDC, university registrar and other officials appeared in the court. PMDC registrar said that a committee has been formed under the chairmanship of Rawalpindi Medical College Vice Chancellor Professor Umar.

The university registrar told the court that there were only six questions which were of higher level and candidates were given grace marks. He confirmed that the results are ready.

The court was informed that question papers are withdrawn from candidates to ensure transparency as some elements in the market may use them to publish guides for students.

Later, the court gave conditional permission to the authorities to declare MDCAT result 2024.

The PMDC registrar requested the court to give time till tomorrow morning to provide detailed information in the case. He said that the meeting of the university officials will be held at 10:30 am tomorrow.

The IHC judge also ordered the students to appoint their representatives for the court hearing and adjourned the case till September 27 tomorrow.
