Ministry of interior reshuffles key officials: Details inside

ISLAMABAD: In a surprise move, the Ministry of Interior has announced a series of key posting decisions, affecting several high-ranking officials, here on Thursday.

As per the issued office order, Shireen Hina Asghar, a senior Section Officer, has been transferred from her post as Section Officer (P&C) with Additional Charge of SO (FIA-Policy) to Section Officer (Visa).

Insiders say the move is seen as a significant shift in the ministry’s power dynamics.

Meanwhile, Sarah Benazir has been transferred from Section Officer (PE-I) to Section Officer (P&C).

In another development, Abdul Razzaq has been assigned the additional charge of Section Officer (FIA-Policy).

The posting decisions have sent shockwaves through the ministry, with many officials scrambling to understand the implications of the changes.

As the dust settles, one thing is clear: the Ministry of Interior is undergoing a significant transformation.
