Nawaz Sharif becomes president of PML(N) unopposed

Lahore: Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif became president of PML(N) unopposed. The final list of candidates will be released after the scrutiny of nomination papers is completed.

Chief Election Commissioner Rana Sanaullah released the final list of candidates, said party sources.

According to the list, only one candidate Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif is the candidate for the President.

Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif was elected unopposed PML(N) president.

The final announcement of Nawaz Sharif’s success as president will be made in the general council meeting.

In the General Council, Nawaz Sharif’s declaration of success as the president of the Muslim League will also be ratified.

Members of the General Council will ratify Nawaz Sharif’s nomination as President through a show of hands.
