ISLAMABAD: The Session court in Islamabad has extended the bail of the owner of Kingdom Valley, Ghulam Hussain Shahid, till June 11 in the plot sale disputes case, according to media reports.
The owner of Kingdom Valley has been accused of fraud of Rs 200 million in the plot sale disputes case.
According to sources, during the hearing of the case in the relevant court, the investigating agencies submitted a progress report, while the arguments of the parties were also recorded.
The court, seeking clarification on important legal points related to the case, has directed that more evidence and records be presented at the next hearing.
According to reports, the complainants have raised various objections related to the allotment of plots, payments, and ownership rights, while the Kingdom Valley administration has rejected the allegations and taken the stand that all matters were carried out in accordance with the law and rules.
The court adjourned the further hearing of the case till a later date and ordered the relevant agencies to complete the investigation and submit a detailed report.
