PM Shehbaz visits historical Chinese Terracotta Warriors Museum in Xi’an

XI’AN: Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif along with his delegation visited the historical site of China, the Terracotta Warriors Museum in Xi’an on Saturday.

During the visit, the Prime Minister and the delegation were briefed on the preservation and restoration of historical heritage and the promotion of tourism, state-run Radio Pakistan reported.

PM Shehbaz, who is on a five-day official visit to China, visited various parts of the museum and appreciated the beauty of the ancient Chinese historical heritage and Chinese craftsmanship.

“Great nations protect and take care of their historical assets like the Chinese do”, he said adding that the skill of the Chinese craftsmen of 200 BC was admirable.

He said the protection and restoration of this historical heritage by the Chinese government is worthy of emulation.

Shehbaz Sharif said China has made its mark in every sector through its hard work and expressed gratitude to Chinese President Xi Jinping for his invitation to visit the museum.

Shehbaz Sharif said Pakistan is rich in historical and cultural heritage. He expressed a commitment to restoring the country’s historical places and converting them into tourist spots.
