Punjab CM Maryam inaugurates field hospitals’ initiative

Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz affirms the administration’s determination to extend healthcare services to every household, with a focus on reaching those most in need.

Maryam Nawaz inaugurated the field hospitals’ initiative in the provincial capital on Wednesday.

In order to give the general public with access to medical facilities, Chief Minister Maryam announced that field hospitals would be established throughout the province.

She was speaking on Wednesday during the launching ceremony at Gaddafi Stadium.

On this particular occasion, the health officials were also in attendance.

Maryam Nawaz  said that, “This Nawaz Sharif government in Punjab will guarantee high-quality health facilities for the citizens, especially for the poor, in the next five years.”

She promised that every home and every worthy person will have access to these medical facilities.

The CM also declared that the health card facility would be reopened.

“The health card was greatly pilfered during the previous government [PTI],” CM Maryam stated. She claimed that the previous administration helped its own citizens.

Maryam said that the health card originally was prepared by Nawaz Sharif.

“Mian Nawaz Sharif and I worked on this idea of health card,” she added.
