Rawalpindi Development Authority Officer Assaults Individual for Alleged Overtaking

Rawalpindi: A government official in Rawalpindi, identified as Malik Ghazanfar Khan, who works as a finance director in the Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA), was caught on video assaulting a man in public.

The altercation occurred after the official, driving a vehicle with a blue light on top, felt offended when the other man overtook him. In the video, Khan is seen grabbing the man by the collar and attempting to hit him while stating his government position.

The incident took place near the RDA office and garnered attention after the footage went viral on social media. It was also noted that Khan is related to former Principal Secretary Muhammad Khan Bhatti.
