Security forces eliminate 3 Khawarij in Turbat IBO: ISPR

RAWALPINDI: Pakistan security forces eliminated three Khawarij in an intelligence-based operation in Turbat here on Tuesday.

The army’s media wing said that the security forces conducted an intelligence-based operation in Turbat of Kech district following information about the presence of Khawarij.

The ISPR said that during the operation, the security forces effectively searched the Khawarij’ location and three Kharijites were killed after a fierce exchange of fire.

“A sanitization operation is being carried out to eliminate any other Khawarij found in the area, as Pakistan’s security forces are determined to eradicate the menace of terrorism from the country,” the ISPR added.
