Security forces eliminated 15 Khawarij in 3 operations in KP: ISPR

RAWALPINDI: 15 Khawarij were killed in 3 different operations by security forces in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, here on Saturday.

According to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), an operation was conducted in Karak district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa on intelligence input. During this, 8 Khawarij were killed. While 4 terrorists were killed in a successful operation by security forces in North Waziristan.

Lance Naik Usman Mohmand and Sepoy Imran Khan were martyred in the exchange of fire. Martyred Lance Naik Usman Mohmand belonged to Charsadda and Sepoy Imran Khan belonged to Kurram.

3 Khawarij were also killed during an operation by security forces in Gomal Zam area of ​​South Waziristan. Arms and ammunition were recovered from the slain terrorists. The terrorists were involved in many destructive activities.

According to the spokesperson of the Pakistan Army, a clearance operation is underway in the area to eliminate potential terrorists. Security forces are determined to eradicate terrorism from the country. And these sacrifices of the martyrs further boost our morale.
