Summer vacations for schools in Balochistan announced: Details inside

QUETTA: The government of Balochistan officially announced this year’s summer vacations for schools and colleges on Wednesday as the province battles an increasingly severe heatwave.

To protect students from the scorching heat, the Balochistan Education Department has announced summer holidays from May 15.

According to the notification shared by the Balochistan government, summer vacations will begin on May 15 and will continue till July 31 in heat-prone areas.

In cold regions, the educational institutes will observe only 10-day vacations that will begin on July 22 and end on July 31.

Punjab Summer Vacations 2024

This year, summer vacations in Punjab are anticipated to start on June 7 (Friday) while the schools would reopen on August 19 (Monday). However, the Education Department will announce the final decision about the summer holiday 2024 after reviewing all aspects.

Islamabad Summer Vacations 2024

Like every year summer vacations are announced for nearly two months in the federal capital, the schools and colleges that fall under the ambit of the federal authority are expected to observe summer vacations from June 10 to July 31.
