KARACHI:  The US Embassy has revised its visa appointment system to facilitate the applicants. The new system will be effective from March 08, 2025.
According to the US Consulate in Karachi, all visa applicants will need to create an upgraded portfolio in the new system before scheduling their appointments.
Whereas, according to the embassy, the applicants who have already submitted the visa fee or have secured their appointment dates under the old system are advised to register with the same email address to ensure their information is transferred without any errors.

Additionally, those who have submitted the fee before March 03, 2025 are advised to enter their payment date and receipt number while setting their upgraded profile.

For queries, applicants can contact the embassy via email and phone number for additional support.

Geared at simplifying the application experience and making it more user-friendly and efficient, the US embassy has launched an improved visa appointment procedure. This action shows the embassy’s will to provide amenities for tourists while keeping a safe and structured system.

Applicants are encouraged to closely follow the new rules to guarantee a smooth application process since not doing so could cause their visa application to be interrupted.
