One person was killed in a shooting incident at an American hospital, the attacker was also killed

One person was killed in a shooting incident at a hospital in the US state of New Hampshire, while the attacker was also killed in police retaliation.

According to a foreign news agency, the shooting happened at a psychiatric hospital in the state capital of Concord.

The police said that the attacker opened fire as soon as he entered the lobby of the hospital, killing one person, but the attacker was also killed on the spot due to the retaliatory action of the officer on duty.

 

The police said that the cause of the shooting was not known, but investigations are ongoing to find out the motives of the incident and a suspicious car in the hospital premises, which is suspected to contain a bomb.

The identity of the assailant, including the person who died, was not revealed by the police.
