TEHRAN: According to Chinese officials, Iran’s role in this important sea route is recognized and China is taking this issue seriously to protect its interests. The situation in the region has become even more important after this statement.

Chinese Defense Minister Admiral Dong Jin said that Chinese ships are passing through the Strait of Hormuz as usual. There are important energy and trade agreements between China and Iran, which will be respected. China will take all possible measures to protect its interests.

He said that other countries should also not interfere in China’s affairs. The Strait of Hormuz is under Iranian control and this route is open for China.

On the other hand, the Chinese Foreign Ministry has also reacted to the situation. The spokesperson said that all parties should exercise patience and restraint on the talk of a possible naval blockade by the United States. Dialogue is necessary to reduce tensions.

China has also said that it is constantly monitoring the situation in the Middle East. According to officials, China seeks peace and stability in the region and is trying to resolve any conflict rather than escalating it.
