The court clearly stated that a CNIC is a basic necessity for every citizen in Pakistan.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"1103\" data-end=\"1106\" \/>\n<h2 data-start=\"1108\" data-end=\"1163\">CNIC is essential for daily life, says Supreme Court<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"1165\" data-end=\"1361\">In the <strong data-start=\"1172\" data-end=\"1210\">Blocking CNIC Supreme Court ruling<\/strong>, the court explained that a CNIC is not a luxury. It is required for daily activities like banking, employment, travel, and accessing public services.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1363\" data-end=\"1572\">The judgment also raised an important question. It asked whether courts would also order disconnection of electricity and water connections for money recovery.
