Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) Chairman<a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/ImranKhanPTI\"> Imran Khan<\/a> has decided to appear before an anti-terrorism (ATC) court for extension in his bail plea after he was charged under ATA for speaking against a judge and Islamabad police officials..<\/p>\n<p>The decision was made by the PTI chairman in a meeting of party\u2019s legal team. While announcing the decision, Babar Awan said they have decided to file a bail plea before the ATC.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Read\u00a0 more:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/dailyausaf.com\/en\/pakistan\/another-case-lodged-against-pti-chief-imran-khan.html\">Another case lodged against PTI chief Imran Khan<\/a><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201cImran Khan will appear in person to seek bail from the court,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>A terrorism case was registered against Imran Khan in Margalla police station for allegedly using derogatory language and threatening Additional Session Judge Zeba Chaudhry in his speech in Islamabad on August 20.<\/p>\n<p>It is pertinent to mention here that the Islamabad High Court (IHC) had granted pre-arrest bail to former prime minister Imran Khan till August 25 in a terrorism case.<\/p>\n<p>According to details, the court relaxed some of the objections raised by the IHC Registrar on the bail petition as the court approved his pre-arrest bail for three days.<\/p>\n<p>The Islamabad High Court had ordered Khan to appear before the concerned anti-terrorism court on August 25.
