Iran warns US bases in the region could become targets if attacks against the country continue. The warning came from the military headquarters of Iran\u2019s Revolutionary Guards.<\/p>\n

In a statement, the Khatam al-Anbiya headquarters said Iran has not carried out any aggression against neighbouring countries. However, it warned that continued attacks could lead to strong retaliation.<\/p>\n

The statement added that all US air bases and American interests in the region may be targeted if the situation escalates.<\/p>\n

Iranian officials said the country respects the sovereignty and interests of neighbouring states. They stressed that Iran has so far avoided any hostile action against them.<\/p>\n

However, the military warned that if attacks persist, US and Israeli military facilities on land, sea and in the air could become targets.<\/p>\n

According to Arab media<\/a> reports, the announcement by the armed forces was broadcast through Iran\u2019s state media after remarks from the Iranian president.<\/p>\n
