Iran\u2019s Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi<\/span><\/span> expressed appreciation to the government and people of Pakistan<\/span><\/span> for supporting Tehran at a difficult time.<\/p>\n

In a message posted on the social media platform X<\/span><\/span>, Araghchi thanked Pakistan for its clear support for the people and government of Iran<\/span><\/span>.<\/p>\n

He said the Iranian nation values Pakistan\u2019s solidarity while facing aggression from the United States<\/span><\/span> and Israel<\/span><\/span>.<\/p>\n

Araghchi also stated that Iran will continue defending its sovereignty and territorial integrity. He added that the country remains determined to stand firm against external threats.<\/p>\n

The current conflict began on February 28, 2026<\/strong>, when the United States and Israel launched coordinated strikes on Iranian military facilities. The attacks were carried out after concerns about regional security.<\/p>\n

Iran responded with drone and missile strikes targeting US assets and allied interests in the Gulf region. This quickly increased tensions across the Middle East.<\/p>\n

One of the major concerns has been disruption around the Strait of Hormuz<\/span><\/span>, a vital shipping route for global oil supplies.<\/p>\n
