The judge observed that the petitioners were deliberately misusing the concession of pre-arrest bail.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"523\" data-end=\"814\">The court noted that Fazeela Abbasi\u2019s bail application had been pending since January 13, 2026, and despite the passage of time, she failed to appear before the court. It was further stated that the <span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">Islamabad High Court<\/span><\/span> had not issued any stay order in this particular case.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"816\" data-end=\"1009\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">The written order added that the relief in this matter had earlier been linked to a stay order in another case, which did not apply here.
