Rescue teams reached the spot immediately after the accident and started rescue operations.<\/p>\n<p>According to authorities, the dead include men, women and children. Two injured women died in the hospital, after which the death toll has reached 24. Rescue personnel have so far recovered 23 bodies from the river, while the operation to search for other missing persons is still ongoing.<\/p>\n<p>Eyewitnesses say the bus lost control and fell, but an investigation has been launched to determine the exact cause of the accident.
