U.S. gold futures for April delivery gained \u200b0.5% to $4,580.70.<\/p>\n<div class=\"text-module__text__0GDob text-module__dark-grey__UFC18 text-module__regular__qJJtA text-module__small__sph8i body-module__full_width__kCIGb body-module__small_body__gOmDf article-body-module__paragraph__Ts-yF\" data-testid=\"paragraph-2\">Bullion has declined more than 13% this month, putting it on track for \u2060its steepest decline since October 2008.<\/div>\n<div data-testid=\"paragraph-2\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"text-module__text__0GDob text-module__dark-grey__UFC18 text-module__regular__qJJtA text-module__small__sph8i body-module__full_width__kCIGb body-module__small_body__gOmDf article-body-module__paragraph__Ts-yF\" data-testid=\"paragraph-2\">Prices are, however, up about 5% for the quarter, having \u200bscaled a record high of $5,594.82 on January 29.
