The program aims to attract talented and skilled people from around the world to Russia.<\/p>\n<p>According to foreign media, the program is for foreigners who have the required professional skills and are willing to move to Russia permanently.<\/p>\n<p>Applicants are required to demonstrate professionalism as well as respect for traditional Russian values.<\/p>\n<h3>Application procedure:<\/h3>\n<p>Candidates will have to go through a structured online process that will require the following documents:<\/p>\n<h3>Comprehensive CV with all details entered<\/h3>\n<p>Educational credentials, professional certificates.<\/p>\n<p>After submitting the documents, the authorities will review the professional background of the candidates, after which an online interview will be conducted, with a maximum time limit of 125 days set for the final decision on the application.<\/p>\n<p>According to reports, those who will be granted \u201cImpatriate\u201d status will be provided with the following facilities:<\/p>\n<p>Full assistance in obtaining a visa and assistance in providing accommodation and social integration, in addition to which a personal manager will be appointed to assist each successful candidate in administrative matters.<\/p>\n<p>Individuals whose application is rejected can reapply under the tourist visa or (HQS) category.
