{"id":108225,"date":"2026-04-17T17:41:15","date_gmt":"2026-04-17T12:41:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dailyausaf.com\/en\/?p=108225"},"modified":"2026-04-17T17:41:15","modified_gmt":"2026-04-17T12:41:15","slug":"punjab-makes-online-attendance-mandatory-in-schools","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dailyausaf.com\/en\/education\/punjab-makes-online-attendance-mandatory-in-schools\/","title":{"rendered":"Punjab makes online attendance mandatory in schools"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>LAHORE: <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">It was reported on Friday that online registration of attendance of students and teachers has been made mandatory in government schools across Punjab.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Students and teachers who do not register their attendance online will be considered absent.<\/span><\/span><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\"> Strict action will be taken against those who do not update data on the School Information System.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">The Punjab Education Department has ordered all CEOs to ensure 100 percent data update.<\/span><\/span><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\"> The Education Secretary expressed concern over the non-timely uploading of student admissions and attendance records.<\/span><\/span><span class=\"jCAhz\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\"> It has been made mandatory to upload the complete attendance record of students and teachers on SES.<\/span><\/span><span class=\"jCAhz\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\"> T<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"jCAhz\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">he last date for updating complete data on SES issued by April 20.
