Customers who need support or want to file complaints can reach Bank Alfalah through its Phone Banking helpline, which operates at 021-111-225-111 and through email contactus@bankalfalah.com.<\/p>\n<p>The State Bank of Pakistan provides a complaint registration process through its &#8220;Sunwai&#8221; portal, which can be accessed at https:\/\/sunwai.sbp.org.pk.
