Gohar, 31, now fulfills a third key condition: he is eligible to represent the England cricket team after obtaining British citizenship.<\/p>\n<p>Having previously represented Pakistan in one Test and one ODI, Gohar shifted his focus to England following limited international opportunities. He moved from Gloucestershire to the Middlesex County Cricket Club in 2025, where he has delivered consistent performances.<\/p>\n<p>While his wicket tally has been modest this season, his batting contributions \u2014 including 164 runs and a notable innings of 83\u00a0 underline his value as an all-rounder.<\/p>\n<p>Gohar acknowledged the challenges of spin bowling in English conditions but emphasized that success is achievable through hard work and tactical discipline.
