The student\u2019s parents or spouse must be registered members of OPF, and the monthly income should not exceed Rs 2 lakh.<\/p>\n<p>An incentive package was introduced for Overseas Pakistanis, and civil awards were also announced. It is also important that the student is not receiving any other scholarship in this academic year.<\/p>\n<p>Children of deceased registered members are also eligible under certain conditions. Candidates can download the form from the OPF website.
