DUBAI: A United Arab Emirates official told CNN on Wednesday that the country is not currently considering leaving any multilateral organization. According to the American broadcaster \u2018CNN\u2019, the UAE has rejected speculation that it could also withdraw from other global or regional organizations after leaving OPEC.<\/p>\n

Emirati officials told CNN that the country is currently reviewing its global partnerships and role in various organizations, but no decision to leave any organization is under consideration. The official did not name any specific organization, but referred to all international organizations in general.<\/p>\n

The clarification came after the UAE announced its withdrawal from the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC). The decision raised various questions in global energy markets and diplomatic circles.<\/p>\n

According to officials, the current policy is not aimed at weakening global partnerships, but at reviewing them according to their usefulness and national interests. They said that membership in all international organizations is currently intact and there is no intention of any withdrawal.<\/p>\n

According to the report, the announcement of the withdrawal from OPEC came during an emergency meeting of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC).
